If an appointment is cancelled by the relevant hospital because the doctor is unavailable, 100% of the consultation fee and convenience fee will be refunded to the User.
Eligible refunds will be made through the same source of payment and are subject to the payment terms of that source. Refunds will generally be processed within 7 working days.
Information available on the Website or App, including information provided by individuals in the medical profession, is intended for general informational purposes and does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr Monika Garg.
